Dispute resolution
The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on 20 July 2025. A link to it would therefore be dead and is not provided.
Dominique Feld is not obliged, and not willing, to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
Liability for website content
As a service provider, Dominique Feld is responsible under general law for content he provides on this website (§ 7 para. 1 DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, he is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law, which can only arise from the point of actual knowledge of a specific infringement.
