Notices for rights holders
Last updated: 4 October 2026
What QORA is
QORA is a playback app (player). QORA does not supply, store or arrange any TV, film or series content and keeps no directory of providers or channels. What someone sees in QORA is determined solely by the provider they enter themselves. The data connection runs directly between the device and that provider.
What can be reported
- Content on qoraplayer.com, in the store listing, screenshots, texts or advertising of QORA that infringes rights.
- Advertising or offers by third parties that misuse the name QORA or promote QORA as a means of accessing unlawful offers.

Process and time limits
- Acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay, as a rule within three working days.
- Decision as a rule within ten working days after receipt of a complete notice. We communicate the decision and the options for having it reviewed.
- Working days are Monday to Friday except public holidays in Rhineland-Palatinate.
- If details are missing we ask once. The period runs from receipt of the complete details.
What QORA can do
- Remove or change content on our website, in the store listing and in our advertising.
- On a sufficiently specific indication about an account, discontinue the paid additional functions for that account and terminate the contract for good cause (terms of use, section 5).
- Examine reports of misleading third party advertising and report them to the platform concerned where we are able to.
What QORA cannot do
- QORA has no access to providers' servers or content and can neither remove nor block it.
- QORA does not monitor what is played on a device. Without an account all data stays on the user's device. With an account (Plus, Ultra) we synchronise the data named in the privacy policy, including recently watched channels and titles.
- QORA does not name or recommend providers.
Information about users
We disclose personal data only where a law or an order of a court or authority requires it. Requests for information, for example under section 101 of the German Copyright Act, are examined case by case.
